Bulgogi

Bravely tackling homemade bulgogi like this!

start with fresh ingredients, shredded carrots, spinach, mushrooms, meat

be sure to have condiments – kimchi, pickles, gochujang (hot pepper paste), sesame seeds

saute veggies, grill meat, load onto rice, add fried eggs and pepper paste sauce

a pretty heart on top, mix, and eat deliciously! 🙂

finish off the meal with an espresso, I’m good!
